Hey everyone! Sorry it was longer than I expected for me to come back on here. I had to deal with some college stuff. Well, anyways, let's get started!
What I am going to talk about today is the Webkinz Newspaper! The name of the paper is actually Kinzville Times. The reason I'm going to talk about this is because it is the first thing you see once you login. The newspaper can provide valuable information about things in Webkinz World. One of my favorite things is the Survey you can take once a week. This survey can be found in the Comments and Suggestions part of the Contact Us section. In this section there is also a place where you can ask common questions to get prompt responses.
The Fun Stuff section usually provides arts and crafts for you to do! For example, there is currently a sparkling snowflake activity to do right now. It is a simple activity with things like popsicle sticks, glue, glitter, and ribbon. This is something anyone can make and have fun with!
The Scores and Achievements section is a great place to check the top scores of the many arcade games offered. You can find top scores from recent plays and you can also look at a specific game to see who currently has the highest score.
The W Tales provides a story each week for you to read. Missed a story? No problem! Just press the back button to go back one story at a time to catch up on what you might have missed.
Account Benefits tells the specific things provided with each account type (Deluxe, Adoption, and Free). This is a great way to decide what type of account you would like to have in the long run. For example, if you currently have a free account you could look and see what an Adoption account might include that you are not getting.
Plumpy's Place is a Q and A section written by Plumpy herself! She provides useful information to questions people may have asked.
Webkinz Pets and Stuff provides you a list of all of the available Webkinz you can buy and adopt. This is very useful if you are wanting to buy a new pet but are not sure what types are available.
What's New tells you what events are currently going on or sometimes what items are available in the W Shop for a limited time.
The Front Page shows the top story of Webkinz World each week. It also has two buttons at the top of the page: one for Today's Activities and one for the Kinzville Map.
I hope this information helps you with the newspaper! I know I never really used it much until I learned what all was inside of it. Oh! I almost forgot to mention one very important thing. Some of the sections in the newspaper may not be visible until you click one of the other ones first.
